At Joyverly, every product is custom-made just for you. Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll get the correct item shipped to you right away at no additional cost.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items Because all Joyverly products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Items damaged due to misuse
